½ C honey ginger balsamic vinegar
¼ C red wine
3 T sugar
 ⅛ t ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
  3. Cook covered for 90 min (stirring occasionally)
