Gluten Free Cake Icing

Ingredients

Quantity Unit Item
 1  C vegetable shortening (e.g. Crisco)
4 C Icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 Tb tsp Lorann butter emulsion

Instructions

  1. Cream shortening for a 30 sec to a minute
  2. Add sugar 1 cup at a time, blending until smooth
  3. Add vanilla and butter emulsion
  4. Adjust thickness by adding water if needed
