Drop Biscuits


 15 min prep, 30 min cooking

 2  C Gluten free flour (e.g. Cut Flour)
3 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 C Mayonnaise
3/4 C Water
1/4 C Canola oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, water, and oil.
  4. In a large bowl whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Then add mayonnaise/water.
  6. Mix together until combined.
  7. Scoop up the batter with a large spoon and use a spatula to help scrape it off the spoon and onto a parchment-lined baking pan.
  8. Leave an inch or two between the biscuits.
  9. Bake the biscuits for 25 minutes at 400.
  10. Remove the biscuits from the oven to cool or can be served immediately.
