Butter Scotch Rolls

Ingredients

2 C GF Flour
1 Tb Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Sugar
6 Tb Vegan Margarine
¾ C Oat Milk
¼ C Canola oil
1
Egg white



½ C Vegan Margarine (approx)
1 C Brown sugar
1 T Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (convection bake)
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut butter into mixture until pea-sized
  4. Whisk together oat milk, oil, and egg white
  5. Mix into flour (dough should be moist)
  6. Knead for a minute or two
  7. Combine margarine, brown sugar, and cinnamon until pea sized
  8. Fold brown sugar mixture into dough (don't over mix)
  9. Scoop out biscuit sized pieces, gently shape into balls
  10. Bake for 15 - 20 min until nicely browned
