Butter Scotch Rolls

Ingredients

2 C GF Flour
1 Tb Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Sugar
6 Tb Vegan Margarine
¾ C Oat Milk
¼ C Canola oil
1
Egg white



C Vegan Margarine (approx)
1 C Brown sugar
1 T Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (convection bake)
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut butter into mixture until pea-sized
  4. Whisk together oat milk, oil, and egg white
  5. Mix into flour (dough should be moist)
  6. Knead for a minute or two
  7. Roll out to approx 12" x 12" rectangle
  8. Spread softened butter evenly over dough
  9. Sprinkle with brown sugar and then cinnamon
  10. Bake for 15 - 20 min until nicely browned
