Ingredients

 2  C Gluten free flour (e.g. Cut Flour)
1 Tb Baking powder
½ tsp Salt

Cream of Tartar

Eggs (separated)
2 C Oat milk
½ C Vegetable oil
1 Tb Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients with egg yolks in a small bowl and whisk.
  3. Whip egg whites until stiff.
  4. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk briefly.
  5. Fold whipped egg whites into batter.
  6. Batter is ready to cook (3 min 45 sec for each set).
