GF Yorkshire Pudding

 15 min prep, 2 hour batter rest, 30 min cooking

Ingredients

Eggs
¾ C Oat Milk
¾ tsp Salt
 ¾  C Gluten free flour (e.g. Cut Flour)
½ C Vegan margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, oat milk, and salt.
  2. Whisk in flour
  3. Allow batter to rest at room temperature for 2 hours
  4. After one and half hours, set oven to 400 °F
  5. Distribute melted butter in muffin tin and place in oven
  6. When oven reaches 400 °F, whisk batter once and pour into muffin tin
  7. Bake for 20 - 30 min (do not under cook or they will collapse)
