Vegan margarine, melted
Instructions
Whisk eggs, oat milk, and salt.
Whisk in flour
Allow batter to rest at room temperature for 2 hours
After one and half hours, set oven to 400 °F
Distribute melted butter in muffin tin and place in oven
When oven reaches 400 °F, whisk batter once and pour into muffin tin
Bake for 20 - 30 min (do not under cook or they will collapse)
