Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 C jam
3 Tb brown sugar
2  Tb soy sauce
2 Tb balsamic vinegar
1 Tb olive oil
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
  3. Mix together jam through to Worcestershire sauce (glaze)
  4. Reserve 1/3 of glaze
  5. Combine rest in bowl with thighs
  6. Place thighs on baking sheet
  7. Bake for 15 min
  8. Brush on remaining glaze
  9. Broil until caramelized
  10. Make sauce from pan juices (add a little water or mayo)
